"Most honest and friendly auto center around! Went in to have our car pre-checked for passing an inspection. They were very honest and more than willing to assist. I was told the car is passable and to come back the next day when an inspector is available. Since I waited the day before, they got me in right away and completed the inspection."

"I called today to get a price for 2 Michelin Tires for my Lexus. Although Costco was $50 less and could change them tomorrow, Mavis stated they would change them today while I waited. They are around the block from my home and I wanted to shop local so at 1:00 I made a 2:00 appointment. Upon arrival I was told it would be about an hour. At the 2 hour mark they asked for the key lug lock, which was in my console, to remove my lug nuts. They hadn't even started yet. I complained about making me wait 2 hours and if they were busy the should have of just had me arrive 2 hours later. I asked if the price could be adjusted and the service guy said he would take off $80, which seemed fair. After another 45 minutes, I got my bill and it was over my original quote. His manager comes over to adjust it and he acts like he is doing me a favor by honoring my original quote. Then he refuses to take off the $80 already agreed to. He leaves, retrieves my car and I go home. I inspect the car and discover the key lug lock is missing. I call and at they denied having it saying they put it somewhere in the car. They said maybe with the spare and that I should remove it and look. Why would anyone keep a lug lock under the spare? We have further discussion then I agree to look and call him back. After removing the spare and tearing apart my car, looking for the lug lock, I get a call that they do in fact have my lug lock and to come back up to retrieve it. I have to get back in my car to get it. I have to wonder if the missing lug lock was retaliation for complaining about the wait. Totally unbelievable the way I was treated. Definitely beware."

"I never write reviews but.. I can not speak more highly of the guys at Mavis. It is never fun getting a flat tire. After a stressful day, I googled tire stores in the area and connected with Hal right away. He assured me that he could help me out and to bring my car right down. When I got there, Hal and his team took my car right in and had me out within ten minutes. Professional and truly just nice people. I am so grateful that I ended up there. That will be my new go to spot!"
