"Sadly I heard wonderful things about this dentist, unfortunately their cancellation policy is ridiculous, my little had an appointment, in which I had to cancel because he was sick! Coughing, runny nose sick! It is still covid so I thought i was doing the right thing, the second appointment we were running late to, as my little is autistic sometimes we don't leave when we are supposed to, anyway I called to let them know, and since we missed our time, I then received a text stating they will no longer give me an appointment because we missed two!!! Thats their policy, so penalize the child because HE was sick , that's very sad ,"
