"I’m new, my first visit was 6 months ago. I was given a temp hygienist as they are short handed. They took X-rays and cleaned my teeth. Yesterday I came in for my second visit and the hygienist said there was a spot she wanted the dentist to look at. He looked and asked her to repeat a x-ray on that one spot. Then he said he wants to do 2 filling to that area. I asked why he didn’t do the fillings in the first place 6 months ago? He said there was no change and he didn’t see the x-rays 6 months ago and proceeded to tell me how busy he is as the only dentist. Well am glad it didn’t get worse, but I hope they don’t charge me for the extra x-rays as insurance pays for x-rays once a year."
