"I live 1,250 miles away in Texas yet have used Barbara for tax preparation for at least 10 if not 15+ years. The service is top-notch and I've never had the tax man banging down my door (knock wood). Some things you should just leave to the professionals.. someone who knows you, your business and history. "Used Ms Williams for the first time this year. Took her my info on 3/7 and was told they had plenty of time. I called on 4/5 to check status and got a call back 4/6 saying taxes are done and Barbara is reviewing them, she will call you in a few days. I heard nothing. On 4/15 I called to check left a message, nothing back. The morning of 4/18 (tax day) I call, no answer left message. At 2:00 PM I decided to drive to the office. Sign on door says closed at noon today. Luckily, door was unlocked so I walked in and asked a lady about my taxes she said they were closed. I reminded her, it's tax day so she checked. She gleefully tells me they filed an extention so no worries. Well, I owe quite a lot this year and would incur late payment fees plus interest until the taxes were paid. In conclusion, Mr Williams took it upon herself to decide for me that I would be OK with paying the fees and interest. You decide for yourself to use her service going forward, I have no question that I will not be."
