"BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR DO NOT BUY FROM GUCCI!!! Gucci "Manhasset" store in NY sold a defective item. My wife and I found out that we purchased a bag with an issue when we tried to exchange with another model. The store manager refused to exchange because the bag was defective. She said that such bag was impossible to pass their quality control. But they sold such bag. We tried to get the refund for more than 3 weeks and failed. The store manager and Gucci Headquarter did not admit that they sold one. They said to file a claim to police department, but they also said that the refund would not come from Gucci. Then, who is responsible for the purchase? the customer who purchase a bag? Gucci is SO IRRESPONSIBLE!!!"
