I ordered a 1 piece stuffed cabbage 6.99 per lb. My total was $4.30. When I give my money, I am told that there is a plastics charge of. 40 cents. Can anyone explain please?? JW Deli what say you??. "A little gem in our neighborhood, I have been coming here for years to pick up food for when I have no energy to make dinner/ when I have people to impress with "home cooking". The sausages are great and I would die for the potato and cheese pierogis. I was recommended to call ahead for frozen pierogis."
