"Went there today to look for a hair topper. The man was so rude and so unhelpful I just left I was told my hair was too short, it was a weird color and gonna be hard to match. I asked to look at one, and he reluctantly brought one to the counter. I took it off. I wanted to see what it look like underneath and perhaps try it on. He grabbed it from my hand and put it back on the mannequin. I will never spend a penny in this place."

"This shop is a beautiful store. But that is the only nice thing I can say about it. They used to have a stylist to tweak a wig or hairpiece to be a better fit and style for the client. That is no longer the case but I was not told that before I bought a hairpiece. I am out of pocket for something I can't use. The owner was extremely rude and condescending."

"I walked into the store looking to purchase a wig. The gentleman who assisted me was quite rude and simply didn't seem to care. I was standing there for a few minutes before he came up and then he just proceeded to do something completely different and didn't even acknowledge me. Once I got his attention he really didn't try to help me. Just pointed to the wigs around the room and said this is everything I've got. When I asked to look at something, it took him a long time to finally bring it to me and he indicated that he didn't think it would look good on me. But as it turns out you can't try anything on without paying $5. I guess selling wigs isn't really what they do even though they have a bunch around the room. I left and went to another wig shop where I met with a very pleasant person who was more than willing to help me, I was able to try on dozens of wigs without any cost and where I was happy to spend my money. I definitely would not go back there."

"I stopped in without an appointment with a wig I hated and no idea if it could be fixed. Kyle sat me down and spent over an hour thinning and styling the wig while educating me on all thing wig. She was what I needed today. The wig went from looking like a fluffy basketball on my head to very natural. Thank you Kyle!! I can go out in public now and not be self-conscious."
