"i was hoping to love this salon. i decided to make a hair change for my birthday. a little cut and color to liven it up. my first time there was to put down the deposit for my hair appointment. i got my eyebrows waxed. the woman up front was great. the hair appointment didn't go so well. we discussed 3 inches off which was basically the colored ends. after that they took my ponytail and cut those ends off. the first color process went fine. after color was completed they cut my hair again. the total inches cut was between 5-6 inches. but, after the blow out they noticed a block of hair that wasn't done and the color seemed a bit yellow and not as soft as it should. they had to re do that area and toned my whole head again. that added an hour and a half or more to my appointment (which i agreed to). the final straw was during the second toner and wash my shirt was pretty wet. i didn't realize until after that it wasn't just water and the toner ruined my shirt. sadly, i will not go there again."
"15/10 recommend Brooke Z. for micro blading your brows. She is amazing. I was a little nervous going in that I’d come out looking like a Disney villain but they honestly look great and the discomfort during the process is minimal. The salon itself is beautiful. Clean, modern and staffed with very friendly people. I will most definitely be returning to Lox Salon in the future for micro blade touch ups and other services as well. Thank you to Brooke!"
