"This place was amazing. After getting the run around from gander or camping world in Hamburg, I called hurtubise and they had same day available, I decided to do the extra drive. They kept there word and took me in immediately. They asked what I wanted done and said no problem we will fix it. I wanted my front tires rotated. Gander was going to charge me at a minimum $300.00, which I'm confident it would have been more. Hurtubise did the job in less than 2hrs and only charged me $108. It was definitely worth the drive there."

"I came in for 4 tires on my Honda civic waited 3 hours because they "misplaced them" there Management "Rick and Mike" seemed scattered all over the place, very unorganized, and very rude to me I stepped outside just to see as they work in an open area and they have my car and a full size RV there working on, violating OSHA regulations by not using any jackstands at all also jacking in unsafe lift points as there technicians seemed to be untrained and very young girls and boys some interns overall the place lacks supervision, organization, and quality of work.."

"Travelling from Florida, we popped a camper trailer tire on the QEW in Ontario and milked it to North Tonawanda looking for a new spare. Based on recommendations from multiple locals, I drove to see if they could help me out. They did not have what I needed but they spent a lot of time looking for the tire I needed. Their help was appreciated and if in the area again with a similar issue, I will be sure to come back to them again."
