"I'm a new patient I schedule my appointment back in late early April. When I schedule my appointment the reception ask a number of questions that they needed on their part. The office have more than enough time to call me if they had a issue with my insurance. They only called to verify my appointment twice. Now is the day of and I'm 5 minutes away from the appointment when they called about my insurance, so mow I'm on the phone dealing with a nasty receptionist that's spoke over me and very rude. She called me at the last minute to me that something was going on with my insurance and that I had to pay out of pocket."
