It all starts with Christine at the front desk, she always makes me feel welcome and does her best to accommodate me in making and changing appointments when my schedule changes. My wait time is never greater than 5 minutes even when I show up early, and the dental technicians are kind and very efficient as they go about the business of settling patients and taking x-rays. The hygienists do an excellent job of cleaning and advising. The doctors are right on the top of their game and every procedure always exceeds my expectations. "My dental office that I was using stopped accepting my insurance. I called Lyndon Family Dental and spoke with Christine to schedule an appointment for a cleaning just before Thanksgiving. I was expecting to get one set up for sometime in 2024. I was able to get an appoint with-in a week. When it came time for my appointment date, I checked in with Christine she is the friendliest office staff I have met in a long time. She had me take a seat in the lobby and with in 5 minutes, I was called to go back to get my cleaning started. The hygienist Patti, introduced herself and explained to me what she services she was about to perform. She explained the tool she was going to use to help with the cleaning. She was very gentle and cared about me as a patient. When she completed the cleaning she asked if I had any questions. She had the dentist come in to do a routine check up, Dr. Reid introduced herself, and advised me what she was going to do. From the phone call to schedule my appoint, to the date of my appointment, and to the time I was leaving the office I was treated with the utmost respect. I felt like I was a valued member of their practice."
