"Refresh and Renew is a rare, much needed gem in the Old Forge area. Both the space and the owner are wonderfully warm and inviting. Services provided range from pain management therapy to personal aesthetics, including tanning and skin care, all of which are reasonably priced and rare to find in the Adirondacks. It also happens to be a lovely boutique to shop for unique items which is a bonus! This reviewer is impressed by the one-stop shop array of treatments as well as the quality of the services employed."
"Felt completely at ease from the minute I walked in to when I walked out the door. I was really nervous about my procedure because I’d never had laser hair removal done before. I had tons of questions and Bonnie answered every one along with explaining everything that would happen before, during and after the procedure. It was so quick and easy and so much less painful to me then waxing and threading! Honestly I barely felt it. Wish I’d done this years ago! Would have saved myself a lot of money and pain. Looking forward to going back for other services they offer. Definitely a little Zen gem nestled in the Adirondacks."
