"this was biggest joke and rip off ever. I came up with $8100.00 using Turbo Tax so i figured I would have a professional. The location i was sent to had no one there. When I went to the second location the guy only inputted the info, asked no questions and came up with $8669.00 owed. I was charged $364.00 for the return and then told I would have to contact the IRS myself as Jackson Hewitt doesn't take payments. Totally unprofessional. BTW, on my return his signature says Asst Store Manager Finicel Anlyest. He can't even spell!"
