"This location is by far one of the worst!!! Stopped in today for balloons for a memorial gathering for my son...barely had helium well clearly it was a half tank bit they would not blow uo the balloons I purchased..one cashier smh.I also had to tie my own balloons they had no ribbon or anything.a young man stock person was singing and cursing throughout the store as he was supposedly working just loud and ghetto...cashier ghetto music blasting like she at the club no courtesy for customer I stood to the side whole she checked out at least 10 customers maybe more!! How or why would you not schedule workers to be present on some of the busiest time s of the year mainly holidays or holiday weekends!??? You all need to do better with your hiring process!! Very disappointed I will never ever shop there again.Cashier very very rude and doesn't know a thing about customer service!!!! I also.had to cut my own string from other balloons in.order to get what I needed smh..this is a disgrace!! I would jot want to spend not even 1 dollar at this location!!! And I won't!! Do better dollar general!! Good customer service goes a long way!! Get organized that store is junky and and needs organized!! Shame!! Try hiring people that actually have great customer service skills because the one that was there 9/4 /2022 is not the one!!! Very very very disappointed customer who spent money wishing I would have never steeped foot into that location ughhhh bye"

"I am currently sitting outside the store it is 8:40am May 2 2022 and the store is closed and there is no one inside. 3 ppl including myself have been turned away because no one is here to do there job. I was asking about being hired even turned in an application to an associate and never heard back. That was 2 months ago, they don’t need responsible Management to work but they also don’t have anyone to open on time…WTF SMH this is sad!!!"

"Cashier today in the afternoon, got frustrated for whatever reason with me and the person I was shopping with. (We literally came in, picked up two cans and came to check out) While checking out, this rude person decided to bag our cans and pretty much throw them at us. He does not need to be working around people, if you can’t even greet your customer or at least act friendly. This person was straight up rude and aggressive! Won’t be coming back."

"I purchased 2 sports bras and got the wrong size. The clerk immediately told me I could not exchange for the correct size. They were on hangers, original packaging and purchased the day before. Had the receipt. Called another location and they indicated I could return them. Disappointed the original store would not let me exchange."
