"Hated it! No areas to try on clothes , no paper reciepts , tried to return a pair of pants to a store closer to my house and that store refused to refund my money so I had to travel all the way back to Harlem.Each store has its own refund and exchange policy? No bueno!!.That was the last straw for me!!"

"Dont buy anything here, most of the stuff they sell is bootleg...counterfeit and they know it. If it turns out that you need to get your money back they won't give it to you leaving you no choice but to exchange it for something just as worthless. Stay away from this business."

"Their return policy is terrible and their store credit system is the absolute worst in retail. They just give you a receipt with a circle and signature on it and hope that it doesn't rip or fade away over 120 days. Also they won't accept any returns regardless of whether the product is faulty on purchase or the sales associate lies about the product (i.e.-fit, way to wear it, size conversion)."
