"Please understand this complaint is not with Doctor Carlos Blattner...the man is very professional...But the employee JULIE (who refused to give her last name) working the front desk is extremely rude and quickly given to confrontation. This woman quickly escalated to high level confrontation and sought in my opinion the escalation...Only God Almighty is my witness regarding the dialog between this woman and myself and he will judge ultimately. This woman relayed a completely different experience to Dr. Blattner then what actually occurred.( I hope calls are recorded)We came in spoke to Dr. Blattner who again was more than pleasant and made time to speak to us as his employee JULIE looked on from behind the glass. We gathered our records (again no complaints with Dr. Blattner's correspondence) and went to leave this woman clearly seeking further drama...I simply stated I would write a review on her personally to which she again quickly became animated. I'm not naturally confrontational and my wife witnessed the entire conversion and for some reason this woman just seemed to want escalation. I know how tense medical situations can typically be and tensions can get high but I can't stress enough that I wasn't difficult in any way nor vulgar...She is truly in the wrong industry.and it is my absolute hopes the right people will take notice of this as Dr. blattner seems to have a nice clinic. It is my absolute intention to contact everyone possible regarding this woman..and if you look through the reviews I am not the only one with this kind of experience."

"Very unprofessional doctors. Will misdiagnose in a heart beat and try to scare you and send you to the hospital for 24 hr evaluation over Blood Pressure that they didn't do correctly in the first place. Will not go to them, and will not be going to Galax hospital to give birth either."

"I came in for some OBGYN help. Surgery was immediately suggested and when I asked questions about the different procedures I was handed a stack of brochures. The doctor then scheduled the surgery and left. I was with him about 5-10 minutes max, then had a $250 bill. My problems stopped the next week. They started again about a year later, for which a biopsy was scheduled, with promise of "wicked cramping". I chickened out because I had done no prep, especially with ibuprofen. They are fast, listen little, speak little and seem to just want to get to the next patient."
