"Atrocious customer service. We called early afternoon (1pm) on Super Bowl for a delivery of pizza and wings for 6pm (before kickoff) was told it was not going to be a problem. Around 6:20pm (giving them some leeway on a busy night) with no delivery, we attempted to call the store for an update and the phone was busy/off the hook until I was finally able to get through at 7pm after attempting to call every few minutes. I got apology from the first employee that answered but then sat on hold 10 minutes before speaking to the front end manager who gave me sass and no really solution. After 17 minutes on hold, I was told they were just getting to our order, I asked why it was started soon or I given a call that it would be delayed, she just said they were busy and should have never taken the order. When I asked for a discount or our order free for the inconvenience , her manger informed her that we would have to pay full price and still wait 1/2 hour for our food. Almost 2 full hours after we preordered it. We cancelled and will never be ordering from here again! Their service was the worst I’ve ever seen by far and we will definitely be looking to make sure they give us our full refund!!"

"Called 4hrs ahead of time for 1pizza and boneless wings. Started calling 20mins after delivery time, phones busy for over 30 mins. Hour after food was supposed to be delivered they were finally making the food. Argued with customer and gave endless excuses. So disorganized. No more business. DO BETTER!"

"Ordered here for the first time tonight, got a Hawian and a cheese pizza along with a couple orders of bone in and boneless wings. Both pizzas were on point! In my eyes a perfect crust, not to thin or thick and a nice golden brown, both top and bottom! Sweet and tangy, garlic parm and BBQ wing sauces all were great, bone in wings were cooked to perfection. One hour for delivery on a Friday night, as one would expect. (No complaint) Only constructive criticism is the boneless wings were a bit over cooked, still edible by all means! Will 100% be ordering pizza from here on out!"

"We had been driving all night and stopped here based on reviews. They'd just opened at 11 am. Atmosphere: When we walked in, I thought they were closed because it was quite dark. Only a few tables line one wall and the other side of the restaurant, which used to be a bar, was dark and being used as storage. A man, who I assume is the owner, repremanded the woman taking our order right in front of us and never spoke to us directly. The table had a sticky film all over it. Food & Service: We ordered a Chicken Philly and a Classic Philly as well as an order of onion rings. I asked what came on the sandwich, and the lady said onions and peppers. I asked to add mayo, and she said yes. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. The subs had cheese whiz or some kind of yellow cheese sauce on them instead of provolone or American like I was expecting. Honestly, it took away from the taste and would've been better without it."

"We usually have good experiences both in service and food, but today that wasn’t the case. We ordered an 18-inch pizza for the price of $18 over the phone and weren’t informed of their Specials they had between May 30th - June 4th. One of the specials in particular that they had listed was the “Cheese Sheet pizza”. It was the same price for the 18-inch pizza, but a larger quantity. It would have been nice to know that. We arrived a good 30 minutes after we made our order to come and pick up our pizza. Unfortunately, when we came the young guy told us it would be another 15 minute wait, but that we could pay now if we like. We decided to pay $20 in cash and told them to keep the change for a tip. He didn’t give us a receipt and we weren’t able to ask him, since he disappeared to the kitchen. We had another guy tell us it take a little longer till the pizza is done. 30 minutes go by and nobody is attending the front. Finally, we see 2 guys emerge from the kitchen area (which you can see on the cameras they have displayed) and one is holding a pizza box as the other takes the pizza from him goes straight to the register to attempt to charge us again without asking if we already paid in advance. We told them we already paid and he gave us our pizza finally! We get in our vehicle and we take a look at our pizza to start on some slices on the way back home only to find a hole in 2 of our slices of pizza. We waited in total a hour as patiently as we could while being hungry only for our pizza to not even be complete. It’s safe to say that we will be taking a break from ordering from them for awhile."
