"Worst dealership ever. Put a $500 deposit with Mike Markota but found a different car to buy and now I have to fight to get my money back. No response through email, text or phone calls. Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP."

"Please stay with me as there are several factors that inform my rating. Also, I will personally never buy a Hyundai again and this experience was the nail in that coffin. I owned a ‘17 Tucson Sport. I got a number of great years out of that car but at 100k miles things began going downhill quickly. In November 2023, after spending $1,200 for the turbo boost sensor I requested that they assess my car for a trade in. Nobody did and I didn’t have the time to wait. Fast forward to the week before Christmas, the transmission goes completely. The repair is more than the car is worth so I want it gone. I submit an online request for a quote but have to indicate what car I’m interested in so I randomly choose something. I get a text from the AI and I’m clear that I don’t want another Hyundai, just to sell my car to the dealer (thinking their in-house cost makes this viable). I then get a call from the dealer asking me if I have questions about the vehicle I’m interested in. I explain I’m not interested and my intentions. I then clearly explain that their service department is familiar with my vehicle having performed a lot of work in it and that I had shared the computer codes for the transmission failure. I call twice and text to schedule an appraisal of my car but get no response from the associate over 2 days. I drive the 45 minutes to Kingston to be told that they don’t want my car. I don’t care that they didn’t want my car - hell, I didn’t want my car! - but their lack of responsiveness and overall demeanor because I didn’t want to over-pay for a car I’d be lucky to get 100k hassle-free miles out of was not only unacceptable, I found it condescending. You can do better and you deserve better. Go buy something reliable and listen to your mechanic when they say “don’t buy Korean.”"

"I’m not one for writing reviews but this is definitely warranted!! I bought a car from the salesman Wilbur and let me tell you it was the best experience I have had yet!! I bought my first Elantra back in late august early September of 2021 and to be quite frank it saved my life. To make a long story short I rolled it about a month after I got it ( see pictures 1 & 2 ) and it saved my life! I wasn’t really looking for a car with a lot of safety features because who knows what the future holds. After rolling it I couldn’t thank Wilbur enough for selling me that model. This year back in February I bought another Elantra ( see picture 3 ) and I went to my guy Wilbur and I couldn’t be more satisfied!! The car has been absolutely amazing and I can’t thank Wilbur enough!"
