Domino's Pizza

"Horrible Customer Service. The driver sat in the same spot a minute away from my home for 45 minutes. No one in the store could get in contact with the driver told the supervisor on duty to cancel my order. 20 minutes later the driver shows up at my door, I turned him away. Waited over an hour for him to get to my house and watched him sit in the same location for 40 minutes. Spoke to the Manager Ehab and got nothing but attitude and I am the customer. No regard for his paying and a Domino’s loyal customers. I will never be ordering from this location ever again. If I have to go pick it up, I will rather pick it up then go to this location."

"Waiting over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. Called twice and was told the tracker was wrong and my delivery was on it’s way. 20 mins later no food so I called back and he told me he had some computer issue and couldnt send the driver out on time but would be here in 5 mins. It says delivered on the app. Still no delivery. Literally the dumbest thing Ive done in my life is wait over an hour for Dominos when I could have ordered anything on DoorDash and been done eating by now. Complete waste and put me in a bad mood. Smfh"

"Every place has its good days and bad, but I know whenever Regina’s doing my order, I have nothing to worry about. She goes out of her way to make sure the food is fresh, hot, and delicious. She remembers my name and the little quirks about my order, like that I love an extra dash of topping on my Parmesan bread bites. Give this women all the raises, she deserves it."

"I placed a order online for two pies at 9:05pm . I saw on website my pies were done at 9:17 and were getting quality inspection. I called at 9:42 because it still said quality inspection and spoke to a gentleman who said pies will be there in two minutes. I received pies warm at 10:00. I tried to leave review on their website but they never updated that I received the delivery . I would rather hear the truth then be lied to about the delivery ( I paid 48 dollars to receive the order quickly,website said estimate of 27 minutes for delivery) the picture below was taken at 10:35pm ,website still not updated."
