"New Year's Day we waited 15 minutes and no one came to our table to acknowledge us or take our order. As we left one of the staff apologized and told me they were understaffed for that day. I am not upset with the staff, I am disappointed in management that they did not prepare for New Year's Day. You send emails out to all the members of your Club telling them to come in on New Year's Day to eat at all the Denny's but don't have enough people working? Kind of stupid huh?"
"My husband and I went in on December 29th. He ordered breakfast and I ordered a patty melt. The waitress made sure we knew she was new. I asked for a patty melt and she had no idea what it was so she was going to put it in as a make your own burger. After 42 minutes we received our meal, my husbands breakfast was ice cold and the scrambled eggs were burnt. As for my patty melt, they put a hamburger on bread with cheese and it was ice cold! I took my husbands breakfast back along with my patty melt to the counter. They said they would fix it and I told them I didn’t want it. She rings up the bill and charged me $16.00 and some change for the meal. We visit here frequently and have never had this experience. I will not be going back as I felt they should not have charged me for any of the meals!"
"This Denny's is slowly falling apart, needs face lift inside and out. The service not to customer friendly, they socialize more on phone and coworkers then customers. Food was cold specially hash browns and what happened to Cooks having to wear hairnet or covering of some kind. Today was my last visit"
"Terrible visit to this restaurant. Ordered the biscuits and gravey. Wait staff brought out the meal with just biscuits and chicken and said sorry they had no gravey. Did not ask if that was OK or offer a substitution. Just left the table. Kitchen should have never served the meal the way it was. If we had known, we would have ordered something else. It was obvious no one cared. Will not go back."
"Food was hot and delicious. My steak was grilled perfectly. Get the fries and a side of gravy! Yummy! My kids loved it. Service was quick and friendly."
