When asking questions response is "I don't know I only work the front desk". Jeff Kahler I know you can do better. Bring your equipment elsewhere for service."

"Had two Stihl chainsaws serviced. took awhile, several weeks, but worth it. For the occasional tree cutter recommend servicing your ssw if it is problematic every time you try to start it. Keep an electric chain saw as backup if you absolutely need one occasionally. End of season, drain the gas and fill with fresh ethanol free fuel when start the next season. Thank God GKS is still here, Rome, NY area."
"Always have got excellent service there. Sharpened my chai saw did a great job. I notice Steve Hollenkamp gave them a one star and complained about his chain saw and got a lot of bull. Well Steve that's mild compared to what you did to us. You screwed us out of $14000.00. You have a lot of nerve."
