My Consultant was Kayla and she was super sweet and very attentive to what I liked and didn’t like and helped me pick out so many lovely dresses to choose from and then helped point out a few things she noticed about my reactions to different dresses when I was having a hard time choosing between 2 of them. She didn’t pressure but was just the right amount of helpful. And I love the dress I ended up with and can’t wait to wear it on my big day! Thanks so much for the help! "From the moment I had my zoom consultation, I was very comfortable with NY bride & Co, and extra excited about my appointment. My consultant was Kayla and she was the absolute best! She set the tone for a personable experience during our zoom call and picked out the best dresses for me based on our call. I was also able to walk the floor with her and look at the dresses myself. You can tell that she has vast experience with bridal dresses. She offered advice that was both informative and supportive, and also helped me see new perspectives and think outside my comfort zone. She also waited for me to get my thoughts out first before discussing the dress, which I appreciated! She made sure to keep me her main priority with the group of girls I brought with me, and kept them informed of every step so we were all on the same page. All the dresses I tried on at NY Bride & Co were elegant, timeless, modern, and just beautiful. Through I had several great options, this shop had exactly what I was looking for. (I did have a casual, impromptu try on day at another shop, which helped narrow down styles to what I liked/didn’t like, and maximized my time with this shop.) I was even way under my budget, which is a great bonus! My experience ended with being able to take photos at their “say yes to the dress wall” with our personal phones, as well as Polaroids with the shop. It was a pleasant experience all around, and I am so happy to have found my perfect dress in one smooth appointment."

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at New York Bride & Co.! I had my first consultation in August 2022 for my June 2023 wedding and Kayla helped me out. She was excellent and so kind. The dress selection is amazing and I told Kayla some ideas of what I was looking for. Fortunately, I saw a dress on display as soon as I walked in and it was like love at first sight! After trying on two or three dresses, I tried the one I saw on display and knew it was the one. Kayla placed a veil on me and the tears ran down my face! New York Bride & Co. contacted me as soon as my veil and dress were ready, and picking them up was a seamless process. I can't recommend or thank New York Bride & Co. enough!"
