"Worst customer service experience with the Store Manager Danielle! She is rude, confrontational and dismissive. I have given her the benefit of possibly having a bad day, but she has struck out on third encounter. This review does not apply to salesperson Elsha, who has been extremely helpful. I have purchased a lot of clothing for my College aged daughter, formal and casual, gift cards etc. but Danielle has turned me away from any future purchases! Let me know if you get a new store Manager- appears to be a consistent negative review…"

"went there tonight, no greet or smile by the employees. I even said “hi” and waved when I walked in. one female had her arms crossed & looked like she would rather be doing anything else, the other was sitting on her phone, looked up at me, and looked back down. as walking around, we just got oddly stared at by them, while still no smiling or friendliness. definitely won’t be back"

"Had gotten an instagram advertisement for a pop-up permanent jewelry shop on 2/11 from 11-2. I had showed up around 12:15 and was given number 23 and the other women i came with were 24-26. , the woman doing the permanent jewelry was on number 11, so we waited promptly for our turns. when it came around to number 22, 2 employees and 2 family were all assigned to the number 22 (4 people total). it is now 2pm at this time, and all of the employees (and owner i believe) in the store are getting their permanent jewelry while the rest of the paying customers are just siting round waiting. it seems extremely unprofessional to have every employee seemingly take customers spots while there is a line up to 33 waiting for their turn. my party and i are genuinely shocked that the employees did not get theirs done before/after and chances are i will not be returning to this boutique for any reason after this experience."

"I live out of state but prefer to shop at Apricot Lane on my trips back to the Syracuse area! The boutique has a great mix of current trends, seasonal options, and good classics and basics. The owner, Alison, and her staff are very knowledgeable about their products and are extremely helpful during the shopping experience, whether that is helping me find items, recommending items based on what I’ve found I like and works for me, swapping out sizes in the dressing room, or giving honest feedback on my options. Alison and her team have helped me walk away with items that make me feel confident and stylish, a true treat for someone like myself who can struggle to feel good in my skin.
