Always willing to help and always with a smile on their faces. -called looking for a specific trapping tool, the salesman ran up, looked it up on the computer and found it on the shelf, told me what it was what it cost and asked if I wanted him to hold it. "I'm not too far away trying to bring an old house back to life and it's been a lot of work. I make regular trips to the local hardware stores. You couldn't ask for a better place; friendly, helpful, NOT hounding staff, great selection, and the prices I see are right around what you would pay at a big box store. The Bucks card rewards actually pay off nicely. The only downside is they don't carry lumber, but I've found I can plan around that. It seems a little strange to find all of this in Croghan, but hey we'll take it."
