"This has station has some cool items in it that you don't normally see at a gas station in Massena, like folding knives for example. Their snack selection is pretty limited, but it always has been. They are open all night which makes them the leading store in Massena in my book!! Somebody's gotta do it. Lol"

"Small, cramped, with small selections. Employees with weird piercings and too many tats. Prepay in full bloom here, concentrate more on car wash than products. Go to Stewart's a little ways away on Ford St. Much more selection, pay after you pump and so far no employees with bolts in their lips and eye brows"

"If I could give a zero rating I would. The service here is atrocious. Judas served us but did not give us the gallon amount we requested. We requested 17 gallons but Judas keyed in $17 incorrectly which meant we received about 5 gallons and did not allow us to use our price chopper discount to the full extent nor did it come close to filling our car. When asked to fix the error Judas said there was nothing to be done. It’s one thing for this to be the case, it’s another for the customer service agent to be incredibly rude to the customer they just cost money. Judas wouldn’t call the manager when we asked, simply saying that she wouldn’t do anything to help us and she wasn’t in the store. Judas finally called the manager after we demanded 2 more times after which we were told the manager said to give us $2 and say good night to get rid of us. Not only does Judas need a course in customer service but so does the manager, Peggy Moore. Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to so rudely by any service agent. Sunoco, you need to do better. Discount or not, there are other gas stations to go to where customers are treated appropriately and politely."

"Twice now have had 2 bad experiences. The first I reported. The second happened tonight even 5 minutes ago. Some woman was knocking on the door because no one was in there. It's SUPPOSED to be a 24/7 gas station yet no one was in there. If I could give it 0 stars I would."
