Having been in the restaurant business for 35 years, I know a great employee when I see one. Andrew is unfailingly friendly and his bowls are consistently top-notch. Even more impressive, he never gets flustered dealing with a large inflow of customers - and when we visit (around 9 am) he's almost always by himself, doing the work of two people with stellar efficiency. In this market, you'd be wise to hang on to him. Thank you."
