"Best BYO salads. I love their price, size and many choices of fresh toppings to put onto my salad. Many other places do not have as fresh ingredients or as many choices for toppings to satisfy a customers needs. I feel like I'm getting close to all the nutrients that I need in a meal with a salad from this place. Their other stuff is great too!"

"I have been going to bowled in Latham for the past year… 2-4 times a week. The salads are amazing and priced well. More importantly the employee Justin who always seems to be there no matter what time I arrive is one of “THE BEST”customer service human beings I have ever encountered. I have gotten to know him from going there. Each time I arrive he greets me with the utmost friendliness and remembers what I order! Justin goes out of his way to make his customers feel welcomed with a smile and conversation. I have seen him greet others with the same pleasantries . A model employee for sure. When I order my salad , I always ask for my fruit to be cut smaller and he does it with pleasure. Now I don’t even have to ask. The other employees are, let’s say less than welcoming. I have gone a few times when he had a day off and when I have asked one of the female employees there to cut my fruit she said “we don’t do that here”. I have to say that if Justin ever leaves I probably will not be going there as often. It is never the same when he is not there. He makes me want to bring my business. You would think he is the owner! Anyone who hires this guy is getting a real gem. Don’t let him go! The company should recognize him and reward him for a job well done. "I wanted to get a quick bite to eat, so I ordered a BYOB and it took over an hour. This is the longest I've ever had to wait for a smoothie bowl. People who came in after me got theirs before me. And when I got it, there were hardly any toppings that I ordered on it. I wasted my birthday coupon on this? And it was only like 5 dollars off? It was a waste of my time."
