"We walked in with smiles on our faces ready for food but I guess your associate wasn't entertained with us because she was giving us dirty looks but I tried not to notice or pay much attention to that, but not even a minute or two into looking at the menu because it's our first time eating at this establishment she walks away, stopped at the door told us to just click the button when ready and proceed to mumble under her breath as tho our need of service was a too much. We left after that and seeing past reviews of the place. Now we're at five guys and it's impeccable. I hope to one day stop by a sonic and experience the advertised experience."
"Absolutely the best fast food burgers I have ever had. I ordered online for a pickup in a half hour. I arrived a few minutes early ,hit the red button and waited. I noticed the drive thru was packed so I figured it would take a few minutes extra. After 15 minutes the drive thru was empty but still nobody responded. I decided to go inside. The only door open was the kitchen so I asked about my order .a young man working inside immediately told me I wasn't allowed in the kitchen,I stated that I was waiting for my online order and he became hostile again telling me I wasn't allowed in the kitchen,I tried talking to someone else but he became enraged. I went back to my car and he followed me and wanted to fight me in the parking lot. Fortunately for him the manager came out and almost had to drag him back into the kitchen. Minutes later a very apologetic young woman brought out my order and apologized for his behavior. The burgers are so good I definitely will return but the way I was treated was unacceptable."
"Slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to. I saw multiple people with online orders walk out without food. Took more than 30 minutes after my expected pickup time to get my food. Management: get this store some training and some more help."
"So this is a Jekyll and Hyde situation... The burgers were actually very good, but I did have to wait around 25-30 minutes to get it. I'm conflicted on how to Review this. The food tastes great, but the process to get the food is like pulling my fingernails off, one by one. So I'll go with a 3 star. I just can't justify giving this place a better rating. Because I'm a nice guy I didn't end up giving this place a 2 or 1 star."
