"Two thumbs up. I was in a hurry and stopped in while running errands on my lunch break. I got back to work, opened up my sub, and was horrified to find mayonnaise on it, when I did not order mayonnaise (and to say I do not like mayonnaise is an understatement). But.....I called up the shop, and they delivered a corrected (and very tasty) sub to my workplace. They didn't give me a hassle about it at all. Good on them, and I'll definitely go back. Thanks for going the extra mile (or in this case, about 1.62 miles round trip) to get it right!!"
