"Your staff needs to learn to say thank you when a customer leaves a tip instead of standing there and not saying anything, this is a common occurrence in most of your shops, particularly with your point of sale tip ability, train your staff to look for the tip and when they get it to make sure they say thank you, this is one of the reasons why I don't normally tip at these type of places."
"I went in here because I was getting home late and wanted to get dinner for my family. What a mistake. I got a veggie sandwich for myself and basically overpaid for a sandwich without the meat. They just gave me lettuce, tomato and onion. I didn't notice until I got home. I was not asked if I wanted more veggies. Never going in here for a sandwich again. Waste of money. Bare minimum of a sandwich."
