"This store location is kept very clean. They pride themselves on friendly and fast service. The burgers are not the greatest and the food has flavor but dry. All you can drink is a plus and the ice cream , which they are known for, taste great! Definitely a summer visit for sure!"
"We have been 3 times lately and all three times they have no ice cream ? Come on it’s Dairy Queen! When I said you don’t have ice cream again. The female over the speaker got cheeky and was not very pleasant ! I would fire my ordering manager! Yes I have been in the restaurant business and if it’s your specialty you don’t run out of it. Or your calling to get a runner from another store and borrowing to have enough until you can get it!!! Come on!! Can’t recommend because haven’t been able to get some!"
"We go twice a week for blizzard and pup cups. Staff is always friendly and and service is quick. They get orders right and move the lines along at a more than reasonable pace."

"I ordered banana split ($7 include tax). There are lots of cream on top, which makes it look nice but unhealthy. It is quite heavy in cholesterol etc, but there are banana, strawberries and some other fruit (from tin can), I would say trying once is fine but probably will not try the second time. This shop is located in Colonie, Albany and there are several fast food chain nearby, such as Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds."
