"This was a great place to live when WS Wellons was the management company. Trademark Residential took over, less than 2 months ago, things went downhill quickly. They are out of Raleigh so there is no one onsite to go see and if you call you will not get a person nor do they return phone calls."

"Quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood located conveniently next to Food Lion shopping plaza and a close walk to the schools. The staff here is friendly and helpful. The rental office was polite and took care of my paperwork quickly. The have a standard dog policy and paperwork for you to fill out with a deposit. They are great at providing service animal accommodation. The rent is less than most in the area and paying it is conveniently handled online. I can’t say enough positive things about this area and apartments.I’ve had family living here for four years now and they have no complaints. As there’s only ever been two maintenance issues I can say they were quick to respond and repair. As well as friendly like everyone is here. Being respectful, friendly and paying your rent on time leaves no room for issues. I highly recommend Coopers Ranch for your renting needs."

"If I was you I would think twice before moving here at first it was great it’s very quiet beside the apartments below the duplex’s. But quite no crazy stuff until they thought we owned a pet!!!!! My mom has stage 3 cancer and has a emotional/ Medical dog and it has to stay with in 15 to 20 feet of her she has bad health and was visiting us and keep the dog outside in a dog pad and they see the dog going to the bathroom a couple of time and asked who’s dog? I explain to them that it was my mothers dog and the reason for the dog being with her also explain to them that of my knowledge anytime I have been there the dog was never in the house. I understand the rule about no visiting pets but when it’s medical he needed and someone can show you proof that it’s medically needed I think that’s a little ridiculous because Miss Francis did not want to see proof of it being medically needed for my mom they were just really worried about a deposit . So after about two weeks and my mom is staying in a hotel so she wasn’t even staying with us with the dog let me just add that . But after about two weeks they try to make me pay a pet deposit I went to the office to willingly pay the pet deposit and told them that if I paid the deposit I was getting a pet and I didn’t feel it necessary to pay a pet deposit if I personally did not have a dog or a cat. So she verbally told me in front of the man that works in the office up there I’m sorry I forgot his name that we would not have to pay the pet deposit and I asked her I said will this go against us or stop us from signing another lease the words that came out of her mouth was This will not affect your lease or your new signing of your lease in anyway. I would definitely check out reviews there are more reviews out there that aren’t so great there is also a lady that lived a couple houses down from us who had been in the hurricane and her arm her roof fell through they would not fix her roof for her and she eventually had to move as well there’s a lot of stuff that goes on here that is kept very quiet but if you Google reviews for this place and you search you will find it so please do your research before going to the hassle of moving out here."

"I went into the leasing office today to find out some information on the properties and right off the bat the woman at the office just stared at me and gave me no useful information. She also tried to tell me that my emotional support animal wasn't legitimate and said that she would determine if she was legitimate once she saw her paperwork. To my dog who is federally registered and excused from all pet restricted housing, period. Said if she wasn't legit I wouldn't be able to rent there. She took care of that herself with her disrespect. 0/10."
