"Its country club adjacent. Everything is old. The neighborhood amenities are old, the buildings are old, the clubhouse restaurant is old and tiny and all deep fried food with plastic forks and wing boats for plates. If you're looking for the poor man's pinehurst this is it. The properties are in shambles, for 300/month HOA fees they are struggling in there and its full of renters."

"I mean, what the hell happened to this place. Last year the course was in incredible condition. Come out last weekend and the greens are chewy, the fairways are rough, and the sand is… well there is none. Highlight was Chris, the bartender"
