"Replaced 4 tires (almost $1100) that were at 30k miles (instead of 70k as advertised) under their "urgent" recommendation and now the dealer won't honor the warranty (which they didn't mention at the time) and won't do anything about it because they jumped the gun. Save your money and go somewhere else."
"The work done was done professionally . But the price was excessive. I came in for an inspection and I didn’t check the bill carefully but noticed later that they rotated the tires though they had been rotated recently at Walmart where I buy my tires. They charged $275 for replacing spark plugs which seems excessive. I love driving my Tiguan. Just am bothered by the prices and unnecessary charges."
