"I wish there was a raiting lower than 1 star for this place. Showed up for oil change and transmission service. They pulled my truck in played with it for 20 minutes then came in to ask what I was there for. Fine, bad communication, but what have you been doing to it so far? There was an estimate, and confirmation email. Tried to lie to me saying there wasn't and that I must've done it too long ago. It had been less than an hour at that point. I let this go. Another few minutes with my vehicle they tell me they don't have an oil filter. But it's already drained and I watched them put the filter in the trash and cut the o-ring. Not like I have a choice but to wait on a delivery of filters. At this point I think, fine do the trans service while we wait. But no can't do that I was told there's a "special tool" and "well, we can't charge the regular price, you have to pay the $400 price plus the cost of the tool." At this point I am now getting irritated. There is no 'special tool' I've done the service myself before and just wanted to avoid laying in snow. The 'special tools' they referred to was a pump to fill it back up again because the fill plug is low on the side of the transmission. Only thing I can say is if you don't want the work, don't open your doors in the morning."

"The desk lady told me my wait would be around 45 minutes. 2.5 hours later they came out to discuss my options. 1/2 hour later my car was done. Not a happy experience. I found the filters to be overpriced as well as the oil options. Besides that I’m satisfied. I checked my oil and they had indeed changed it. Just be honest about wait times so we can make appropriate choices that align with our schedules."

"Save yourself time, money and frustration and go some place else. Bottom line the dealer is less expensive and you are at least dealing with a person that has some knowledge of a motor vehicle. 135.00 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder vehicle. Yes, it was full synthetic but still…. No prices listed anywhere in the store. I don’t mind paying for quality, if it’s quality. This place is ridiculous! Had my oil changed leave, the next morning I come out and my driveway is covered in oil. I called, they said bring it back. They told me my car was not leaking oil it was leaking transmission fluid. I’m so glad I’m not stupid. I took photos before I left the house. The manager was insistent that it wasn’t leaking and kept saying it was from the transmission. I pointed out to him the transmission is on the opposite side of the vehicle and there was nothing leaking from that side of the car. He didn’t give up until I showed him the photos of the leak before they had the opportunity to tighten up the plug and the filter. If they had just taken responsibility instead of trying to create a distraction they would have been much better off. I will never go back and will make it my mission to educate as many people as possible of the lack of knowledge and quality workmanship this business offers their customers. BTW my car stopped leaking, Strange…."

"I have been a customer of Jiffy Lube for over 20 years! I purchased a brand new vehicle with 0 miles. I only visit this location for oil changes. My check engine light came on because they failed to put antifreeze in my car but all of paperwork states "yes" they checked it! When I called and spoke to Manager Chris, he didn't care nor did he offer to remedy the situation. He could of at least told me to bring my vehicle to add fluid but NO....He was rude on the phone and said, "Well, Thanks for letting me know." This egregious error could have had a great impact on my vehicle as well as financially. They are supposed to notify customers what is needed even if there is a fee! CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS LOCATION! I will add that I spoke to the Owner, who was very understanding, empathetic, and he helped remedy the situation. I'm reluctant to return to this location but I will think about it since speaking to the Owner!"

"I was not happy with experience this time. They spilled oil all over engine and didn't clean up. Keeps dripping oil where ever I park. Had to cleanup the valve cover area. Checked filter and oil plug and everything was tight. Also wad there for 1 hour. Employees were out arguing with each other in bays. Didn't appreciate it because there were using bad language and I had my son with me. Will probably not go back."
