"I have had the opportunity of visiting and overseeing operations of the community since June of 2022. All I can say is no matter what challenges this team faces they never forget how important their residents are. They are a true team that cares! Thank you for all you do!"

"I've lived here for more than 5 years and it's been great up until recently. The maintenance team is either non-existent or extremely subpar. There is one gentleman in particular who will make you wait all day for him to show up, then he knocks on the door a little after 5pm, stays for 3 minutes, tells you he doesn't have the parts for whatever needs fixing, and then leaves the residence without actually fixing anything or following up the next day. So basically nothing ever gets fixed. I've asked management if they will pay for outside contractors who will actually put in the effort to fix what's broken, but I never got a response on that. At the present time I wouldn't recommend this place at all, at least until management gets it's act together and hires an actual maintenance team instead of some guy just hanging around outside of Home Depot."

"Please dont rent here!!! I visit my niece and she had a problem in her bathroom a leak. they guy who work there destroyed the bathroom and haven't fixed it yet!! Office been called and nothing had been done it been 3 weeks . They guy doesn't know what his doing. I have picture of the awful unfinished job. The rent is to high for a poor service they need to give better services and employ a person with knowledge, a super who knows what his doing...i won't recommend this place is awful and rent is to high for the poor service."

"I would like to say that we have lived here for over 3 years and this is the ONLY apartment complex we have ever lived in (and there were many others before this one) where the community feels like a family. We actually know our neighbors names which is a first. There is a ton of stuff to do for little children and kids in general. We have made life time friends across different generations, backgrounds, beliefs etc. The staff is by far the BEST TEAM we've ever had (and there were many others before them) from the management team to the maintenance miracle workers. :) A huge THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING!!! :)"

"The new Leasing and Maintenance Staff is amazing. I would specially like to call out for Community Manager Deneen. She is cheerful and courteous and always goes an extra mile to respond to and resolve any of the issues that we have. The maintenance person Robbie also deserves an applaud for being so helpful and prompt in fixing the apartment issues. This is the team which Huntington Apartment needed. Cheers!"
