"I have been looking for an apartment for my daughter in Chapel Hill for a while now. The location is definitely putting this one at the top of our list. Apartments are not cheap, but so many of them have charges on top of the rent that you see online. SunStone has them but they are minimal compared to others. This is the first apartment I toured that I really felt like the office staff really heard my needs and concerns when looking for an apartment. The units are not brand new but they have been very well kept. I had a chance to look at the show apartment and the actual apartment my daughter would move into. I love that!!
