"I recently toured Alta Davis, and had a fantastic experience. The floor plans with floor-to-ceiling windows and huge closets were really impressive. Lauren, our tour guide, made the whole experience pleasant. Her knowledge and friendliness contributed to a positive atmosphere while searching for a new apartment for my daughter. Highly recommend!"

"[11/03] There is no management update to residents as the owner response promised down here. The elevator broke for the seventh time. No permanent resolution as promised also. This is management you will be dealing with if you decided to chose to stay at Alta Davis. Make sure to stay far away. [Previous Comment on 10/21]Elevator constantly breaks in the building since late August, with the longest of being almost a month. Every weekend, the elevator breaks down. This is the 6th weekend in a row the elevator broke down. This makes some of the residents move in process a disaster and creates huge inconvenience among residents. Alta Davis still does not have a permanent solution to address constantly breaking elevator. The community lacks basic maintenance. Dog feces can be spotted around the community. Here is a picture with Alta Davis logo as an example. Right in front of the leasing office. The apartment is built with cheap materials. You can hear all your neighbors conversation. I do not recommend living in this apartment at all."

"Management ran a lottery for people who gave out five stars so please look at authentic non five star reviews. This apartment is the worst apartment I have ever live in. The apartment has no sound proof. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Hallway always smell like trash. People just leave their trash bags outside their apartment. The package room is a disaster. We have a tiny room for all 7 buildings. Looking for a package always take 5 - 10 minutes since there are always so many on the labeled shelf. The package room sometimes overflows and delivery person will just leave all the packages unsecured outside the package room."

"I couldn't be happier with my experience living in this apartment. From the moment I moved in, it felt like home. The apartment itself is not only spacious and well-designed, but it's also well-maintained and clean. The modern appliances and fixtures make daily living convenient and enjoyable. The location is ideal; I have easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and shopping centers, making life here incredibly convenient. Additionally, the community and the management team are top-notch. Lauren in leasing goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Tyler in maintenance is the most through and responsible worker and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. They're responsive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any concerns. Safety is a priority, and I appreciate the secure access and the well-lit parking area. I've felt safe and comfortable here from day one. Overall, my time in this apartment has been a wonderful experience. It's more than just a place to live; it's a place to call home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live in a fantastic location with an amazing community."

"If I could give a negative star review I would. Stay away from this place at ALL COSTS!! They do not care about their residents and only care about making money. First of all, this is probably the worst apartment complex I have lived in when it comes to sound proofing. During the construction of this apartment complex they clearly cut corners and used the bare minimum (if any) sound proofing materials. But still want to charge an astronomical amount of money for rent. Examples of the lack of sound proofing are being able to hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing like running the dish washer, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, tv, and feeling like the ceiling is going to come down when they walk. But the worst is when they like to throw parties or blast music at midnight. Also, being able to hear the conversations of the neighbors that live next to you is great. I have reached out to the leasing office on multiple accounts with no solutions ever given. Only ever being told that I need to call the courtesy officer and record the noise issues when it’s happening. However, the courtesy officer(when he answers the phone) barely has a backbone and is always reluctant to address a situation. Even though residents are scolded by email that we aren’t to confront our neighbors ourselves (because we’re not grown individuals). Also, expect your apartment to be possibly damaged when maintenance has to come in and perform routine maintenance. See photos. But that is also just brushed off by the leasing office as well because it’s not their apartment. This brings me to my next point and what really brought me to write this review after being forgiving so many times with this apartment complex. Mind you, I pay my rent on time every month and try to just keep to myself. One night I was very tired after driving 5 hours that day and instead of searching for a parking spot I just decided to park in an open handicap spot. This was the first time I had ever done this in my life and after living here for over a year. These spots were always open so I really didn’t think it was going to be an issue and it was a Saturday night. However, when I went to go somewhere the next day (Sunday) my car was gone. They had it towed at 11:40pm on Saturday night. Mind you I was NEVER given a warning, no call, no email, nothing. I also tried to call the courtesy officer to find out and they never answered nor returned my phone call. They also did not have it posted on the sign that your car would be towed, only fined. And the only way I knew my car was towed was because I called around to the local tow companies. I just think after paying 2k in rent each month and never having violated any rules before they could have been more gracious with a long term tenant."
