"Came in for servicing and the car and text messages recommended. After waiting an hour and a half they said they just received my info, whole time servicing others that came after me. They had told me no work was done on the vehicle and said I didn't need servicing. Regardless of all their staff being an uninformed mess, my lease is at 16,000 miles and only got serviced once. I paid for servicing but I guess they try to deliver the bare minimum. I just hope there are no issues with my car because they don't want to maintence cars properly"

"Came in for 5k service. They unplugg my dashcam and kept messing with it. Took my car for a joyride and didnt even rotate my tires. Everytime my dashcam came on they kept pressing all the buttons. Service I receive said adjusted floor matts? Ridiculous"
