"I am so disappointed in how this complex handled the process of communication of anything concerning these apartments. I moved in in August I signed the lease I read all of the things in the welcome letter nothing was disclosed to me that I would have a Gas bill. When you go to the website it’s not listed but they put it in the amenities this is some where most people would never look. You thinking your rent is a set one set price and they add fees of trash and pest control where they never come spray for pest. I should not have to call you for to spray if you charge for it every month. Therefore you are thinking that you are paying 1389 now you have 100 more dollars to pay with water that can fluctuate each month. If you pay after the 5 th or 10th of the month they will get a court/ eviction which Costs 250. We all know stuff happens it’s a struggle for a lot of families.They mail you the court documents then you are locked out of the portal. Then you must fedex your payment to click pay. This is their process so if you don’t understand this process you need to go to the office and talk do not call they never pick up the phone. In 30 days you will pay more money than you would rent. They are saying that they are remodeling but they are old and refurbished with minimal upgrades. Please don’t move here if you can’t afford it or you will regret it. They are making up for the lost funds from the pandemic from empty apartments. Trust me this is a warning. Oh if you pay online you need 35 dollars plus your rent to pay. Be ready for them hidden charges."

"I honestly wasn’t going to do this because I have left a review before while currently living there but now that they are trying to CHARGE me and put charges on collection I will be now leaving an updated review. -when I moved in it was NOTHING like the pictures disclosed -trash and food still left in the cabinets -was told they would have a cleaning lady come the next day and clean, why? I don’t know it should have already been cleaned. -bugs everywhere - water damaged - popcorn ceiling falling down - a/c broke down constantly - our shower was completely broken and without use for a full 3 months - I want to also mention I was also pregnant and then with a newborn throughout this -^that leads to my next point… MOLD MOLD MOLD!!! BLACK mold literally everywhere. 0 ventilation in the bathroom causing mold and maintenances only solution was to leave the window open while we showered. - maintenance is sloppy and ghetto -front office could literally care less about any of your problems and they already know whatever work order they put in will just be ignored. There’s literally so much more I could go on and on about just truly do yourself a favor and do NOT even waste the money to apply to this place. It’s a class action lawsuit waiting to happen with all the mold I cannot even believe they thought it was even acceptable for my newborn child to breath in mold (they’re only solution was to wipe it down with bleach while my newborn was home so inhaling bleach and mold). This place honestly needs to be shut down."

"BEWARE. Moved here from out of state and ended up breaking my lease after 2months. I landed here because they do not have dog breed restrictions. Do yourself a favor and get your dog registered as an emotional support animal and move anywhere else. - Units infested with roaches. Pest control does not help, the roaches simply move from apartment to apartment. - Constant issues with the plumbing. - Flooding in apartment due to plumbing issues - I talked to the hired plumber and they told me the whole building needed to be redone, but the complex would never take those steps. Only bandaids (that never worked) - Plumber mentioned possible black mold and was quickly hushed. - I was left with 6 large holes in my walls for weeks after the plumber was there. - Rusted out Dishwasher - I was unable to get into my mailbox for weeks because the lock was destroyed. - Windows did not shut completely - maintenance ended up SCREWING THEM SHUT when I requested repair. - Called out that my ceiling (under the upstairs bathroom) was cleary sagging & had water damage. Nothing was done and the ceiling ended up COLLAPSING and exposing mold. - Maintenance would show up with no warning. They have walked in while I was home, with no knock or warning of any kind. I can go on and on about the issues I experienced here. Office staff was kind and did push maintenance to help me out. It was clear that they knew about the maintenance issues but there was little they could do. Do not ignore the negative reviews. This place needs to be bulldozed."

"Worst place I’ve ever lived. RUN! Mold is so bad I can’t sleep in the bedroom, have made several calls and no one ever answers or returns calls. Have attempted emails and responding to automated texts obviously to no avail. The textured ceiling is also falling off in huge chunks and earwigs everywhere. I’ve been woken up many times at 3am with domestic violence issues next door and have had police knock at 12am telling me they caught a fugitive out back on my patio. It is no longer a safe place to be. My lease is up and have yet to receive any correspondence. I don’t wish to renew and yet cannot get anyone to answer or respond to my calls (as they’re always closed when I go by before or after work.) we are supposed to give 30 days notice, but how can we do that when nothing is ever answered and phone calls never returned. OH! and this is new, there are now no voicemail set up, how convenient. I guess it’s time to contact BBB. I just want to get out and never look back. I guess dropping my keys off in the box is what they want? Worst place and management I’ve ever lived. Photos are from a year ago, looks much worse now."
