"This has been the nicest and most helpful apartment complex I have ever lived at. The setting is peaceful and the apartments are a really nice space as well, being very affordable. Above all that the office staff is beyond helpful! Kimmy, Emily, Maggie, and Boomer at the office are the most helpful. They all have been super attentive and kind with anything I needed while living here! Thank you to the whole elevations office staff!"

"I've been here for over a year and I have no complaints! The location is perfect and the studios are in a quiet spot. All of the neighbors (even in the surrounding neighborhood) are respectful and the staff is excellent. They host unique and fun resident activities each month at the leasing office and have great communication. Maintenance is quick to solve any issues no matter how big or small. A great place for college students who don't want a rowdy, loud, party complex like most others in the area are. You can tell they care about your experience and don't try to scam you out of $ (again like many other places do). Definitely a gem and highly recommended the studio apartment."

"I’ve had a good amount of positive experiences in the last 6 months that I’ve lived here! Repairs are always done in a timely manner, staff is super nice and the roommates I was paired with are great! Only things I would say is that I was told my apartment was cat friendly and it turned out one of the girls who already has lived there for a few years had a cat allergy. Really sad about that as I wanted to get a cat. Besides that it’s been a great time living here!"

"I've lived here for 2 years and have loved it! I really believe this is the best value apartment for college students, with A+ customer service. The management and staff are very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled quickly & they're quick to help with any issues that come up in your apartment! I've always felt safe in my apartment, even coming in/out of my place alone late at night. They put on free monthly events that are always fun! The pool and gym are clean, the clubhouse is stocked with snacks. They're quick to update you with any changes via email. Would 100% recommend to any college student!"
