"Ceiling parts fall off on the daily, Literally saw two different types of roaches each time I walked in this place. The handles on the cabinets are rickety as hell with 1 screw when needing 2, stuff is just covered up to get them rented. And lastly the area where the HVAC system is looks like it hasn't been cleaned or maintained in 10-plus years probably a fire hazard to be honest."

I have lived here 4 years and the changes under her direction have made this my forever home She has been instrumental in elevated Crosswinds and making it a more friendly caring upgraded place to reside. "Crosswinds is wonderful. The outside looked rough, but walking into the office and inside the beautiful apartments, I knew we were moving in right away. We have been here almost a year with my dog, and we are happy and comfortable."
"The new owners have done a lot to make Crosswinds a better place to live over the 2 years I have been here. Regular pest control, new play equipment, fresh paint and flooring in all of the hallways and more to come. A lot of residence who caused problems are gone. Maintenance guys are always nice and friendly. Replacement time is within 24 hours. The only issue I have is the response from office personnel with various matters, questions etc."
