"It was Friday night, 7/14/23. The heat index was 90 degrees. I realized it was getting hot in the apartment. Thermostat was set on 73 but room temperature was 78! Called Arbor Trace emergency maintenance #. Left voicemail. In a few minutes on-call man, Rick( I think, sorry), called. He was here in no time & got that A/C working! Professional & Nice! I am so thankful."

"I have been with Arbor Trace for almost 2 years now. I have never had a better experience with an apartment complex than this one. Megan, our property manager is prompt at addressing any issues and answering any questions I’ve ever had. (Luckily these apartments are so well maintained in the first place that rarely do I need to request service.) Furthermore, I cannot say enough good things about Mike, our Maintenance Manager. He and Megan went out of their way to find a very difficult part to acquire for my refrigerator that was making noise and now it’s completely fixed and they always check back with me to ensure things have been remedied properly. I love my apartment and the staff. I would recommend Arbor Trace to anyone seeking a new apartment."
