"I had the worst experience with this shop, one of their mechanics named Javier caused a car accident while backing out my truck.The owner did not take responsibility and refused to provide his insurance information to repair the damages to my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and not take your vehicle to this shop, this post doesn’t deserve any stars!"

"If I had the opportunity, I would rate this shop -5 stars but google does not allow that. Here's my feedback to all potential customers that plan to bring their cars to this shop. I brough my car to one of his mechanics (Javier) for a couple of years until this major incident happened. Mechanic mis diagnosed my car and ended up replacing the fuel pump. I found out about this after taking it to another shop and my Ram was diagnosed with the bad fuel fuse which is built in the fused box. ATTENTION: BELOW IS THE MAJOR INCIDENT. On Sep 21 after Javier had finished the job, he texted me to let me know that he hit anther car with the back of my truck (I have pictures). I was at work while this happened and had to go to their shop to witness the police report. To my luck, the other driver knew Javier. This whole situation is so sneaky, I wouldn’t even be able to fit it all in one review. Long story short, After the police was gone I went and spoke with the shop Owner (Jose A. Chiari) and he declined to provide his insurance policy and did not accept responsibility for the damages of both vehicles. He claimed that his mechanics are independent contractors but there isn’t any paperwork provided to their customers that states that. We made the necessary attempts to reach Jose and Javier and have not heard back from any of them. We RAISED this matter to the NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS. BUSINESSES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT OPERATE AT ALL WITHOUT THE PROPER INSURANCES. WE ARE ALSO TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS SHOP, ITS OWNER AND THE MECHANIC FOR NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. I hope this helps any future customers make the correct decision before bringing their vehicles to this shop."

"Absolutely WORST mechanic shop in LONG ISLAND. all the good reviews are the owners family. I recommend you DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to leave with your car smoking and even more worse."

"These guys are truly the best and I didn't only go to them once. I first went to fix my breaks which they did a beautiful job on no sweat and then they fixed my 4×4 on my Ford explorer. My starter was acting up and I kept stalling and then the starter finally gave up. I towed the car to them and they had to find a part that can only be brought from a dealer but they worked day and night to find it for a good price and when they did they did not charge me dealer price instead they gave me a good price including labor and got to work immediately. I tell you when I went to pick up my car I started the car and it sounded beautiful as if it was a brand new car. I was happy and satisfied with the service they offered to me. They are truly honest and deserve all the buissness they can get because they will do a great job on making sure your car needs are meet."
