"I locked myself out of my apartment at 1am and called the emergency maintenance number, they didn't end up coming to my place until NOON the following day. I also had an open maintenance request (for 75 days) to come fix my washer and dryer... it only got fixed when I threatened to sue them for breach of contract. Forget going above and beyond, If you want an apartment community that is AT LEAST going to do the jobs that they're paid to do then I highly recommend considering another apartment home community. Don't take my word for it though, go drive around the community and look at all the potholes in parking areas and the trash laying all over the property grounds. Also, please keep in mind that I've only lived here since Halloween night of 2023, so I fully intend on having more issues with these people down the road. In retrospect, I wish I paid a few hundred dollars more per month and moved somewhere a little nicer. Lesson learned."

"I have live here for years & kepts geeting worst. When I move into another apartment here (August 19th 2023 ) there were things work & I am still waiting to be done. There are mutli repairs from electric, floor, foundation, heating & etc etc etc that office seem not important. All the office say maintance is comming coure they been comming for forever. The office just don't care"

"The instructions from the owner to the handyman doing the "Renovation" must have gone something like this, "Do the cheapest job you can, Plus, try to save some money on top of that!" Paint overspray on all the new fixtures, new outlet covers but your plug will just fall out because the outlet itself is 20 years old. New bathroom counter and sink but old scratched mirror, doors painted over so many times they don't close.... The list goes on forever. The picture is a new black toilet roll holder (with white overspray) next to a hole in the cabinet from the old one I guess? Who leaves work like that?"
