"Needed to get some cosmetic work done on my car. There was nothing mechanically wrong with it, but there was a big dent on the front that was just a huge eyesore. I walked in, was greeted by a man name, Richi. He was more than willing to take me out to look at what my car needed. Then came the manager/I believe he might be the owner Billy. They both seem like standup, regular guys, and I did not feel that they were trying to scam me in anyway. The price that they quoted I felt was fair and even then I was able to negotiate with them because they genuinely wanted to help. They Fixed the damage, replaced my tires and painted my wheel. Everything came out better than expected. When I went to pick up the car after they called me, there was a small area that I felt like could be cleaned a little bit better. Richi went out of his way said that he will take care of it and within 24 hours the car was ready and perfect. They did not try to charge me for anything extra. He even dropped me home. Very easy and simple process. Would highly recommend these guys. They seem like genuine, family, friendly guys who are good at what they do, and take pride at what they do. Would definitely use them again. This is obviously not a paid review and I was not asked to write a review. But I like supporting local when I feel like the businesses go out of their way to do a good job."

"Had my front glass replaced and car calibrated here for my Jeep renegade. Billy, Richie, and Al were great! They made sure my car was working correctly and perfectly. If something was not working right, i can always go back and count on them to fix it. If I ever need something fix for my car again, Im definitely coming back. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a body shop!"

"I could not be any happier with my entire experience. I walked in panicked my car would be totaled fearing frame damage. Bill immediately reassured me everything would be okay and taken care of and took a great deal of time showing me what the extent of the damage was and told me exactly what to do next so I wouldn't be paying out of pocket for getting rear ended. There was excellent communication the entire process and I was kept informed of the status of the repairs the entire time. As for the repairs I could not have asked for better. My car looks 100 times better than even before the accident. You could really tell the team went above and beyond to get this thing looking the way it does. Secondly - this review applies to the car enthusiast who is looking for a shop that does body/mechanical/electrical work with a VERY professional and wholesome demeanor - check out their website for additional services. That should set the tone on how great of a shop this place truly is. SCOPE OF WORK Issue: "Keyed" Scratch [DEEP] - trunk & quarter panel Repair: Repaint Trunk & Quarter Panel [Emblems, moldings & panels removed & re-installed PROPERLY] Duration: 2-3 Days Payment: Out of pocket. NOT PRESSURED TO FILE INSURANCE CLAIM. After calling and visiting over a dozen shops across the Queens/LI area including high-end places such as Detail Dynamics, I found a real gem of a place and my new one stop shop for everything. My biggest concern was having the repainted surfaces MATCH the rest of car as if it came from factory and boy did they exceed all expectations. Especially with how difficult it is to perfect my ceramic silver paint color and sheen level. And at a reasonable & fair price! It started with an inviting phone call from Dean to come in and Billy to review the damage, discuss the work required, and say what they have to work with. We must have chatted for hours and immediately I felt at home. From one car guy to another, Billy guaranteed he'd take care of my car like his own and he really kept his word! He hooked me up with a rental the same day I dropped off my car with 0 issues. They nailed the estimated timeline and picked up my car no later! This includes ordering new emblems & edge protectors to replace the existing ones removed from the vehicle at NO charge! Lastly, to my surprise, they detailed the car to the T and I hold very high detailing standards! This was also done as courtesy without even charging or itemizing it as an option! This business is exemplary of what old school excellence use to be! It's a shame it's not so well known! Really what a gem, bravo gents!"
