"Another car had scraped our car near the front headlight. There was no serious body damage except for the paint that came off around the headlight area. I took the car in for an estimate and we set a day to bring it in. They finished the job in less than two days and it looks like nothing ever happened. A perfect job and in short time. We are very pleased with High Grade."
"Very pleased. The main reason I went to High Grade Auto Body was relatively minor. A piece of plastic trim inside the car, below the passenger's window, had separated from the door. Our regular repair shop said that really was work for an auto body shop. So I went to High Grade to see what they could do, since they're a local shop I'd seen many times in my travels. The boss checked it out and said he could try to glue it back down. I asked what it would cost, and he said $25. I couldn't argue with a price like that. So we set a date, and I went back. It didn't take long. While it was there, he even buffed out a mark on the side of the car that some knucklehead had put there with a shopping cart. When I got back, everything looked great. So I asked how much for everything, and he said he didn't want to charge me. He wasn't sure the glue job on that interior trim would last, "so how can I charge you?" I paid the $25 we'd first discussed, and I still felt that was very fair. But how many businesses these days have such integrity, to say he didn't want to charge me because he wasn't sure the fix would last? That's great ethics, and if I need auto body services again, I'll definitely be back!"
