"Oil change and state inspection 21/2 hrs later told I should return another day because both machines for state sticker are down. Asked for a loaner car instead 20 min later low and behold new sticker was on car Asst manager was on her cell phone the entire time Never stepped out of office to see what was going on on floor service area Same old excuses not sure why I still bring car here for service Staff does not care about your wait time Perhaps I should bill them for my service wait $50 per hr that we wait after 1st hr? ."

"On my first time here few months ago. While tehnician changing was cabin filter he grabed my important documents out of the dashboard and threw out of the window. I'm glad i was near by and pointed that out. On my second time here after waiting 2 and half hours. I drove for 10 mins and engine sign came on, went back to the Department waited another an hour and half And technician said something was left opened. How can they be so careless?"

"DC-DC converter recall performed in a timely manner. I asked for tires to be checked. I knew i was low on sir pressure. I was assured that they would do a multi point inspection and check tires. When car was returned to me nothing was gone over with me. When I got in the car tires were still low. The tires had not been put at proper pressure. Not the service I expect from Toyota."

"service is nice. Not take to long to finish service. But pressure light on right after 10k service. That never happen to me on other toyota."

"Horrible. The best way I can describe my experience. We bought the car the last week of August, we brought it right back to them the same day we bought it, they had it for over three weeks for a simple problem, they kept passing the buck from one person to another. Nobody could give us a straight answer, the car needed a simple fix. It took them three weeks, and was sent out to another dealership, to be fixed. Extremely poor business practice. From sales to service to Management, No One stepped up after the sale of the car to Us. Very disappointed experience."
