"Horrible place they took 2000 dollars and mess up my car more than it was. Not only that I have cancer and still they took the money and didn't change the brakes they didn't do the wheel alignment right and mess up my motor so mess up that now I can't even get to my chemotherapy. They say they do the work but is all a lie. Don't take it there and is mess up that I have cancer and you took advantage of that. My name is John and I own the red Kia that came back like five times and every time they wanted more money thanks I hope one day you are not in my shoes with cancer and someone taking advantage of you.......scumbags"

"I took my Dad's car for inspection, wheel balance and oil change. The staff was polite and explained what additional work needed to be done - brakes, rotators and brake fluid change. They also took the time to explain the warranty. I would trust them with work in the future."

He said I could come in for an oil change with 10 minutes left until closing and when I got here outstanding customer service. Mavis needs more people like Shawn to represent their company. "Worst place ever don’t come here. They don’t know how to install anything. Then blame you for their awful installation. Ordered 4 brand new tires through good year. Came to Mavis to get it installed because that’s where Goodyear sent me. Took 7hrs to get them installed. As soon as I left I heard a noise front left, came back to show them. They “drove” it and denied the noise. Left, came back twice with a video recording of the noise with my phone. Showed them the evidence and they fixed and admitted it was an installation issue, with the caliper and tire. Week later, barely drove the vehicle woke up with a flat on rear end. Mind you, had tires on for 3 years prior and had 0 issues. Came back to nicely explain my issue and the “manager” said it’s not their issue, meanwhile I explained what happened with the installation and his response was he wasn’t there so he can’t do anything and it’s not his problem to take it up with good year. He said I need a new tire because of the gash on the side and I told him to pull up the policy and he said he has “no“ record meanwhile I was there last week. I have the receipt and everything that had to get done but he said he wasn’t there so he can not help me. Blamed it on my driving saying “if I want to prevent this from happening I should fix my driving?”… rude and unnecessary comment obviously looking for an excuse to blame anyone but his crew for installing it incorrectly and not finding a solution for someone who is nicely asking for assistance. Was basically laughing and smirking when I asked how could this be if I barely drove the car and I never had issues even with older tires. I asked him for his full name he said “Raymond!” I proceeded to ask for a full name and he screamed at me saying Raymond. I’m actually very frustrated/disgusted due to their customer service. Just awful. This man is supposed to be a manager for goodness sake, understanding, reasonable, mature, respectful and professional rather, he’s the worse one there. He cares nothing for a loyal customers safety! Forget all the hundred dollars I spent. Then to be charged again for installing my old spare tire that I had in my trunk. I wouldn’t have the issue to begin with if they new how to do their job!! They basically destroyed my brand new tires because of their bad installation. Can not be trusted, tires are important and should be taken serious by professionals who know what they’re doing. So for your own safety go to people who know what they’re doing. I am not one to complain but this is a serious matter, and they are taking it lightly, are rude and on top of that charging me more. Companies like Goodyear should not do business with Mavis tire shop. I’m surprised they’re still in business, I hope nobody has to go through this. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to any Mavis tire store."

"Never Come Back!! Not a trusted store!! . Told me to flush the brake and steering again after they did it yesterday and alignment. Be Aware they try to charge extra for more work which not supposed to !!! And they dont want to fix the tire, which one i can fix it with the other store in the same day after. End up getting a New Tire from them which one not necessary. So sad this kind of bussiness still running until now."
