Overlook at River Place Apartments

"I am new to Wilmington and moved here with my Service Animal, Snowball on October 27th, 2023 ... really new to the area and to my building, Overlook at River Place. I met the Management this Summer when I came to locate the right apartment. I am a believer in "good faith" and it abounds here! Dale Brown, the Manager and Avery, his team mate, have approached my move in with Integrity and Good Humor!!!! My apartment is a happy place and the environment inside and outside is very healthy!!! Overlook is a good place to live so place it on your list...!"

"Living at River Place has been awesome. We utilize the gym / pool often, you can’t beat the view, and we’re walking distance to everything downtown. Leasing office is very responsive as well as the maintenance workers. When a service request is in, they are likely to fix the issue within 2 days. Only complaints are that we can hear noise in the hallways and from our neighbors, but we are in an apartment, so we expect that. One other complaint is the balcony. Would love love love a full sized balcony big enough for a chair / table."

"The apartment is awesome! Nice community, apartments are clean and new. Live right near the pool and even on the busiest of days can hardly hear the noise. Only con is the elevator can smell like dog sometimes and linger into hallways."
